I really dont see anyone using this, most people swap the .dats to display their favorite headgear, and its always looked odd wearing a full set of armor and nothing in the headslot.

I dont think "too little, too late" is the right description lol. They could have implemented this 8 years ago and no one would use it.
Needed this when TaU came out and 99.9% of people were wearing w. turban.

i would rather they just add the option to lock the visuals of a set piece of gear. cuz i look mad pimp in my Shaded Specs

Phorcys head is pretty pimp looking with the rest of the gear you'd generally use on DRK, PLD, WAR, BST, DRG. Looks silly on SAM though...just doesn't mesh well with the Unkai Domaru.

When this comes out I'm going to be confused when I see people in battle without headgear.
Just like how it's been hard to adjust seeing people in what my mind instantly thinks is askar/denali(which is actually the neo nyzul gear).
At any rate, I'll be turning this on and full timing Spelunker's hat.

Y'know, even a couple of weeks ago I wouldn't have cared one way or the other, but recently I've been getting really tired of my Q-Tip head (Mavi Kavuk) and have actually been removing it when I'm in town.
I'm very happy Square-Enix is finally giving us this option!

Tarus are just walking hats as seen from the perspective of all other races.
If Tarus start using this feature, the illusion of an entire collective of sentient headgear will collapse, is that really a world anyone would want to live(Play) in??

Have said in the past it would be cool if the visor on helments could be moved up or down etc, like on Hero's Galea etc... but erm... would rather they fixed proper bugs and broken ***before using dev time on this :/

Forget making them able to be toggled; that sounds like a giant pain in coding for this game. Just reskin them so the visor is closed. It would go from making them look supremely silly to fairly badass in seconds.
